The booking code will be posted here soon! It will give you a fixed price that is determined by the hotel at the time of us signing the contract and will be available approximately until 1 month prior to the event. After that, all rooms in that block wil be forwarded to the general room reservation block. It could be that the website currently offers a different price than ours and we have no influence or control over the it since they fluctuate depending on the amount of current bookings and cancellations. Their algorithm has a lot of variables and it depends obviously on the type of room you might be looking for, availability, etc.
If you have any questions regarding these matters, your best bet is to contact the hotel directly. If there are any issues with the booking code however, feel free to inbox us and we'll obviously help you out to the best of our abilities.

Standard
The standard rooms are between 22-25 sqm. They have a private bathroom with a tub, shower and a toilet. All rooms are equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV with movie channels, free wi-fi, desk and an armchair. The standard rooms come with 2 single beds and has space for 1-2 people.
Superior
The superior rooms are 30-43 sqm. They have wooden floors and a private bathroom with a tub, shower and a toilet. All rooms are equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV with movie channels, free wi-fi, desk and an armchair. The superior rooms have a queen size bed + closet bed and space for 1-3 people.
Suite
The suites are 56-75 sqm. They have wooden floors a dinner table and a couch group. They also have a private bathroom with a tub, shower and a toilet. All rooms are equipped with a TV with movie channels, free wi-fi, desk and water heater. The suites have a queen size bed + double closet bed and space for 1-4 people.
